PEREGIAN BEACH HOUSE

Sunshine Coast, QLD, Australia

"James takes the pressure and stress out of the building process.
He listened to what we wanted and made it happen."

PROJECT SUMMARY

During the initial stages of their project, the clients on this build faced limitations and some friction from their engineers and architects. We were asked to help redesign the balconies to take advantage of the views of the beach to help translate the client's vision for this property into reality.

Many of the stakeholders in this project told the clients it was not possible to achieve what they wanted. Our approach 'is everything is possible' and, by using our expertise and experience to find solutions to complex problems, we were able to realize the client's vision and help the engineers design the balcony with this vision in mind.

SIZE OF PROJECT

The project value was $4.2 million
